Description: 2nd Floor Common area upgrade on approx. 2847 sq ft. of the total floor area. Provided new corridor wall, door, lighting and finishes. restrooms to meet ADA code. Update lighting and finishes to restrooms. New elevator lobby lighting and finishes.
